Topic: hebrew translate
i upload my he-message.php file,
and i see my translate only on login page.
all other are still on English.

Hi bermaneyal -
You can set language/locale in two places: (1) for the site in Admin > Settings, but also (2) in your own User settings.
The "user" setting takes precedence over the site default, so check to see what your Language your user profile is set to.

I guess that can be confusing... 
Maybe we should change the name/label on the site default to make it more clear its a default and gets overruled by user preference?
