I have chat with Konstantin Baev and he told me that new Wolf CMS Russian translation uses fragments from his Frog CMS translation.

If you use Frog CMS translation for creating Wolf CMS translation - you should insert information about author Konstantin Baev (konstantin.baev@gmail.com) and his site http://madebyfrog.ru/.
