Yes, Izabela is a version of Isabel or Isabelle.

But never mind, I’m not angry smile Names can be misleading and there are so many male designers that you thing another one will also be man wink

As an interesting side note, I can add that my nick “Miriel” is a name too (from Tolkien’s “The Silmarillion”).

Edit: don't suppose you can convince them to donate a floor to the project? wink

I suspect that it might be a problem wink

But I agree, it would be great to have such floor at home... ah well... maybe some day roll

I have a pleasure to present my newest website:
Parkiety Gniezno (wood floors / parquets)

smile

http://webdesignledger.com/tools/10-sim … -solutions cool

So, done as you recommended: http://code.google.com/p/wolfcms/issues/detail?id=143

I was thinking about that but I don’t know if my idea is worth publishing on google code smile

Was there a reason for lapsing into Polish? cool

It was with reference to some funny ad that tikky might have seen wink

In other words. Wolf! Let’s cut wordpress down to size cool

Why do you want/need this enhancement?

Sometimes  I need to set a different layout for parent and its children.
It’s uncomfortable to change layout for every child manually.

What should this enhancement do?

There (in settings tab) should be “Layout for children” dropdown menu with list of layouts; default state: – not set –.

Example:
User set a “Simple” layout in “Layout for children” menu.
If child has “Layout” set for –inherit –, it will have “Simple” layout (so child will inherit “Layout for children” setting).

I see that you have made a decision, to try new Wolf instead of Frog ;-) Hope you like it.

Luckily all my favorite plugins are working with wolf, so change had been held without pain smile
I hope wolf will develop.  (I zawstydzi dotychczas niepokonanego wordpressa tongue )

(If there are mistakes there, or if anyone has noticed different behaviour, do add a note below!)

My observations:

  • I created child “test1” without page-part.

  • Then I created sibling (the same level) “test2” and added sidebar.

  • I created another sibling “test3” and it had sidebar.

  • I created “test4” and deleted sidebar.

  • Then I created “test5” and it didn’t have sidebar.

So page-part is NOT inherited from test1 (first sibling) but from the last page you create.

IMHO sometimes it will be better the page-part not be inherited at all.

Devil is in the details smile

Thank you for Wolf CMS! big_smile

Installation was a piece of cake. Requirements check – very useful feature.
Admin interface – it’s pleasant to use cool Nice rounded shapes smile
(The only thing I don’t like is “save confirmation” tooltip. Prefer frog’s version wink )

Well... I don’t understand what “Site email” is smile

Ideas:
- Homepage keywords/description -> as default for site.

Edit:

I've already answered myself wink
My code:

<meta name="description" content="<?php echo ($this->description() != '') ? $this->description() : $this->find('/')->description(); ?>" />
<meta name="keywords" content="<?php echo ($this->keywords() != '') ? $this->keywords() : $this->find('/')->keywords(); ?>" />

It allows user to edit default keywords and description without access to layout. User just have to edit keywords on homepage.

Wow! „Settings” (or „Page options”?) tab is great idea!
- Edit page looks cleaner and more organized,
- Tab might be simply hidden from other users (eg Editors),
- It might be extended (by plugins).

So keep doing! cool

I like “View site” link as it is at present, although font size might be a little bigger.

But there is a feature that will make my life easier: a preview link of specific page.
Many times I need to see a page before I decide to edit it or not.
My idea:

Unfortunately I don’t have enough Wolf-php skills to propose a completed solution.

Hi Everybody!

I’ve used FrogCMS for several sites.
I consider to use WolfCMS in the future, but I don’t know if my favorite plugins will work with Wolf (Plugins page doesn’t provide information about supported version of cms):

- Dashboard
- TB_Contactform
- Bd Gallery – it needs some improvements (http://forum.madebyfrog.com/topic/409?page=2), but it’s very good and flexible.
- BD Statistics – nice but might be more extended.

These plugins are essential for my projects, so if anyone recode them and even add some new features I would appreciate!
