Topic: Plogger Gallery as a plugin?

I was searching for some suitable gallery to integrate into the Wolf to run my portfolio, as I need some functions that are not yet implemented in current gallery plugins.

For example - latest thumbs, categories/subcategories, titles/descriptions/upload managed via administration (BD Gallery I use on my Frog site doesn't work properly everytime), RSS for photos, clean urls, simplicity,...

I've looked at the Fancy gallery, but I didn't like the system of uploading photos and title-as-filename thing much wink

Today I came upon a free Plogger gallery (http://www.plogger.org/), which looks great & simple, but I have problems with integrating it into the Wolf.  Not to mention that I'd preffer a single administration.

Well, take this just as a suggestion please, I don't even know if it's possible, but I'd really appreciate it wink Or at least any help with integrating it... smile

Re: Plogger Gallery as a plugin?

What is your hope for the integration, Ivy? Would it be possible simply to style the photo-blog part the same as your Wolf site, and include the link your Wolf menu (and duplicate the Wolf menu in your photo-blog)?

Have you looked around at other possibilities, too? Or is Plogger the best one? I see that the OpensourceCMS site has an "image gallery" category, and TinyWeb Gallery gives instructions for CMS integration (random example!).

There's also Martijn's Guide to Integrating Other Software Into Wolf -- would that be applicable to Plogger?
